POSTDOCTORAL PROGRAM

The postdoctoral program is designed for true investigational and experimental research. Participants will be mentored by renowned industry scientists and collaborators at AbbVie and will focus on delivering cutting-edge advancements in discovery, developmental sciences, and drug product development. The inspirational training program fosters a learning environment that advances both individual development and science through networking opportunities at national conferences, attendance at speaker bureaus and panel discussions, and technical writing and presentation skills training—all part of AbbVie's commitment to making this an unrivaled postdoctoral experience.

PHYSICIAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The physician development program was established in 1996 with the goal of developing future leaders for our pharmaceutical research and development team. It is a two-year, rotation-based program located in North Chicago, IL, where our biopharmaceutical business is headquartered. The program provides opportunities for physicians new to the industry to gain exposure to multiple functional areas and businesses, while developing working relationships with some of the world's most respected scientists and industry leaders.
